As You Are is an exciting new company whose mission is to establish a world-class virtual clinic that dramatically increases access to early neurodevelopmental diagnostic services and care coordination. Through virtual medicine, our team of pediatricians with training in autism diagnostic evaluations will increase community access to expert opinion for caregivers searching for answers about their child’s social development or for primary care physicians who understand the importance of early ASD diagnosis, but are not equipped to diagnose ASD in the primary care setting.

The Payor Enrollment Specialist will accomplish the following functions for billable employed physicians/ clinicians of QVC (Quadrant Virtual Care) and FBH (Frazier Behavioral Health). This position is primarily responsible for initiating and maintaining state and commercial payor credentialing of groups and physicians/clinicians in all states where QVC practices. This individual will work closely with provider credentialing and licensing to effectively navigate a variety of complex state and/or federal policies and requirements, which is critical to the operation of our medical and behavioral health service practice(s).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Enters practitioner information into enrollment databases and ensures that the information in the databases is current and accurate.
● Regularly reviews CAQH records and verifies that all pertinent elements are captured in the databases and that it matches what is captured in the Credentialing database.
● Prepares initial and/or re-enrollment application packets, on behalf of the practitioner, for those payers who require a paper enrollment application.
● Ensures the enrollment packets are appropriately signed, complete and accurate, and submitted to the payer with necessary attachments.
● Coordinates re-enrollment dates and sends out application packets for all practitioners who require re-enrollment.
● Communicates with various payers, practitioners, and leadership regarding the status of enrollments on an ongoing basis as the primary contact for all enrollment issues.
● Will communicate with Managed Care on an ongoing basis as to the status of payer contracts and other various enrollment issues.

JOB SCOPE

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be an integral member of the senior leadership team and will be the source of day-to-day operational oversight and management of a large virtual diagnostics clinic. The COO will experience a meaningful opportunity where the care provided to patients and families truly changes and transforms the trajectory of their lives.

Responsibilities will include providing the operational and strategic leadership necessary to deliver high-value care within our virtual medical practice, As You Are. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will act as a base source of information and decision making for the entity. Operational oversight includes: Continued build out of integrated systems, processes, clinical and administrative teams to serve our mission of supporting families and children seeking assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

● Evaluate and continually improve current practice operations, policies, and processes

● Perform daily analysis of performance by sourcing and independently interpreting raw data, including data associated with clinical services, revenue cycle management and patient throughput, to ensure the organization is performing to projections

● Responsible for setting meaningful financial projections and KPIs for all functional areas of the As You Are business, and monitoring these metrics weekly to deliver on all clinical, quality, operational, and financial goals

● Manage daily operations of multiple levels of staff and leaders of multiple functional areas (i.e., Technology, Customer Service, Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical)

WORK ENVIRONMENTS AND HAZARDS

This position requires sitting for extended amounts of time with a majority of tasks requiring typing at a computer station.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is mainly a stationary position involving sitting and standing for extended periods but may involve walking. Requires the ability to use computer screens and keyboards.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Demonstrated experience working in an innovative or startup environment, or experience managing virtual care networks strongly preferred

● Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred

● Demonstrated leadership accomplishments in the overall improvement of financial and operational performance of an organization

● A minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare with progressive leadership roles in behavioral health, pediatric, or family care preferred

We are seeking strong Medical Billing Specialists with knowledge and previous experience in the areas of prior authorizations, eligibility checks, AR follow-up/collections, appeal writing, root cause analysis and billing. The primary responsibility for this position is to expedite clean claim and rebill submissions and aggressive follow up efforts to secure payer reimbursement for our patients claims across the nation within all three business line specialties Quadrant Virtual Care (As you Are), Frazier Behavioral Health, and Quadrant Laboratories LLC. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of accuracy and efficiency and must be proficient in their knowledge of billing regulations, claim form requirements and appeal processes for government and commercial payer sources including in and out of network billing strategy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Under the direct supervision of the RCM leadership, the Medical Billing Specialist will work all claims from front end to back end including rejections, benefit investigations, eligibility checks ,pre-authorizations/pre-certifications, denials, appeals and identify escalations that could lead to addressing systemic payer issues. Provides precise documentation and action on all claims worked.
  • Prepare and work underpayment reports as needed.
  • Process refunds and related items as needed.
  • Performs periodic and month-end balancing reporting activities.
  • Follows regulations, guidelines, and policies and procedures for billing government and commercial claims both in and out of network statuses.

The Clinical Laboratory Technologist will perform tasks to serve a high throughput testing laboratory.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Under the general direction of the Laboratory Director and Clinical Laboratory Manager, follow clinical laboratory testing procedures and policies in the performance of routine and specialized tests.

The SLP will assess children ages 16 months to 10 years old for potential speech and communication disorders and develop unique and comprehensive intervention recommendations.This role will partner with As You Are Pediatricians to provide comprehensive evaluation services for children and families.  Additional responsibilities include completing administrative tasks including documenting billing information, keeping accurate records of evaluations and associated patient notes, and working collaboratively with other clinical staff and service providers at As You Are to provide high quality care to patients.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administer speech and language evaluations

  • Develop comprehensive clinical reports depicting the results of the assessment for referring physicians, clinicians and patient families

We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator Supervisor with demonstrated ability to lead a team of compassionate and motivated people to link children and their families to the appropriate interventions and resources that drive optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise a team that provides care coordination services for families with the goal of improving the diagnostic timeline and subsequently increase access to therapeutic interventions, ultimately leading to positive experiences for families and improved health outcomes.
  • Conduct direct patient/family appointments and manage your own caseload of Care Coordination appointments. Direct Care Coordination appointments should be 40% on average and up to 50% working time each week.
  • Work closely with the Director of Care Coordination to provide insight and expertise regarding the care coordination program.
  • Have clear and definitive understanding of the Care Coordination Dept goals and positively support the team in achieving primary goals of: providing quality care to patients, working efficiently on billable activities and reducing time spent on non-billable tasks for our Care Coordinators.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of internal and external training regarding professionally relevant topics.
  • Collect and analyze reports regarding a variety of topics including quarterly performance and day to day operations.
  • Conduct Direct Care Coordination appointments ie: Consult with families to conduct needs assessment, treatment initiation and reassessment services.
  • Facilitate and maintain relationships with outside centers (e.g., therapy or education centers).
