Pediatrician, Virtual Care

As You Are is an exciting new company whose mission is to establish a world-class virtual clinic that dramatically increases access to early neurodevelopmental diagnostic services and care coordination. Through virtual medicine, our team of pediatricians with training in autism diagnostic evaluations will increase community access to expert opinion for caregivers searching for answers about their child’s social development or for primary care physicians who understand the importance of early ASD diagnosis, but are not equipped to diagnose ASD in the primary care setting.

Clinical Psychiatrist - Cleveland, OH

Pediatric Clinical Psychologist - Cleveland, OH

Frazier Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to perform various duties and responsibilities. Clinical Psychologists evaluate, diagnose and treat children that may have mild or severe mental health, social or emotional disorders. In this role the Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for providing direct occupational therapy services

and partnering with parents and guardians for maximum success. The OT is responsible for assessing the

Clinical Supervisor, Psychologist

Through telemedicine, our team of pediatricians specialized in autism diagnostic evaluations will increase community access to expert opinion for caregivers searching for answers about their child’s social development or for primary care physicians who understand the importance of early ASD diagnosis, but are not equipped to diagnose ASD in the primary care setting.

The following are duties and responsibilities of a Child Psychologist in this role:

  • Deliver clinical supervision, professional oversight, and development to practicing clinicians providing developmental evaluations to patients ages 16 months to 10 years old via telehealth.
  • Support evaluation of As You Are clinical services to enhance patient outcomes by optimizing clinical skills, psychological evaluation skills, and behavioral treatment plans of practicing clinicians.
  • Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and practicing clinicians, acting as a positive change agent to implement clinical initiatives and increase quality of patient care.
  • Participate in weekly group clinical staff meetings and have regular meetings with clinicians to review cases.
  • Conduct group seminars on various clinical topics for continued education surrounding autism and psychological evaluations.
  • Participate in training and development of new clinicians and work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to review the clinical performance of current physicians.
  • Experience conducting psychological evaluations and providing diagnostic services for children and adolescents.
  • Requires diagnostic experience with a wide range of childhood disorders, preferably significant experience diagnosing autism and other DSM-5 diagnoses for children, including but not limited to intellectual disability, ADHD, and anxiety disorders.
  • Knowledge of and experience with administration of a variety of standardized, psychometric tests. Experience with psychological assessments commonly used for evaluating autism is required, including but not limited to the ADOS-2, CARS-2, and ADI-R.
  • Experience with telehealth evaluations is preferred.
  • Clinical supervision experience with trainees is highly preferred.

Clinical Director, FBH

In this role the Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality of clinical care consistent with the broader mission and clinical practices of Frazier Behavioral Health (FBH). The Clinical Director will partner with colleagues across operations, administration, and development. Clinical Research Assistant-Syracuse

The Clinical Research Associate is responsible for all aspects of clinical trials with human subjects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Monitoring study progress in accordance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) criteria

Speech Language Pathologist, (TX/CA licensure Preferred) Remote

In this role the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations, within our As You Are virtual diagnostic  clinic, for patients to inform treatment recommendations. The SLP will assess children ages 16 months to 10 years old for potential speech and communication disorders and develop unique and comprehensive intervention recommendations. This role will partner with As You Are Pediatricians to provide comprehensive evaluation services for children and families.

Additional responsibilities include completing administrative tasks including documenting billing information, keeping accurate records of evaluations and associated patient notes, and working collaboratively with other clinical staff and service providers at As You Are to provide high quality care to patients.

These persons have been offering fraudulent employment opportunities to applicants and often asking for sensitive personal and financial information, including requiring candidates to arrange travel for face-to-face interviews with a certain travel agency.

What is recruitment fraud?

Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. This type of fraud is normally carried out through online services such as false websites, or through fake emails claiming to be from the company. The fraudsters often request recipients to provide personal information and to make payments as part of their fake recruiting process.
